Data and purpose: We process the information and files you send through the forms to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (EU GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Storage: Form data is deleted automatically after 24 months. It is stored in Finland (Louhi Net Oy), and notifications are delivered by email to Microsoft 365. We do not disclose the data or use it for marketing. The website has no analytics and no tracking cookies.

Your rights: You can request access to, correction or erasure of your data at toimisto@e-konsultit.fi. You can also complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
